Arguments
- season
string of season, i.e. time period to plot
- format
string of Graphics file format ('pdf' or 'png')
- dir
string of Directory for plotting
- UstarColName
column name for UStar
- NEEColName
column name for NEE
- TempColName
column name for air temperature
- WInch
width of the plot in inches, defaults to 16cm
- HInchSingle
height of a subplot in inches, defaults to 6cm
- ...
other arguments to .plotNEEVersusUStarTempClass
,
such as xlab and ylab axis label strings
- data
a
data.frame with variables to plot
