sEddyProc_sEstUstarThreshold(UstarColName = "Ustar", 
    NEEColName = "NEE", TempColName = "Tair", 
    RgColName = "Rg", ..., isWarnDeprecated = TRUE)

Arguments

UstarColName: column name for UStar
NEEColName: column name for NEE
TempColName: column name for air temperature
RgColName: column name for solar radiation for omitting night time data
...: further arguments to usEstUstarThreshold
isWarnDeprecated: set to FALSE to avoid deprecated warning.

Value

result of usEstUstarThreshold. In addition the result is stored in class variable sUSTAR_DETAILS and the bins as additional columns to sTemp
